Currently, due to the nature of our services all orders made are non-refundable, meaning that no refunds, returns and exchanges(*)(**) are accepted. All products ordered will be shipped accordingly to the contract.

*Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


**Refunds and Exchanges for Damages and issues
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your issues, and let you know if the refund and/or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or an exchange will be made within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
